The building where Chelsea Jo's Restaurant is now had numerous tenants when I first moved here, but this solid local bar/restaurant has halted that trend. Chelsea Jo's has established a tremendous following amongst locals and visitors in Garden City & Murrells Inlet. The extremely low prices, good food, cheap bar specials & friendly atmosphere have been the main factors. Many of the specials also apply for the football season, but this is a Redskins bar on Sundays, so you have been warned ahead of time. Happy Hour sees a food menu that mainly consists of $4.00 items with the exception of the low price on wings. The drink specials a fairly good with a small discount on the already low price. The camaraderie and fun atmosphere amongst the staff and patrons is really what has kept Chelsea Jo's successful and should be your next stop if you are looking for a local bar in Garden City.
