I work up in Conway and for about two years now I pass a sign for Happy Hour every day when I go home and had yet to go get a review. Remarkable, isn't it? That place is Copper's Restaurant in the downtown section of Conway. I finally went in there the other day and what I found was a small restaurant with a decent size bar. There are no drafts and the bottle selection is nothing to scream about. Having a quarter off during Happy Hour isn't going to blow anyone away either. The best part about Copper's is their good food at really good prices. They have a Tapas menu on the weekdays then a full scale menu on the weekends. Now they just need to get food specials on their Happy Hour, then we'll be getting somewhere.
