There had been a lengthy lull in the Market Common seeing new restaurants come in, but as of late new businesses have picked up and one of those places is CO Sushi. It makes a lot of sense to have a sushi place within the Market Common since there was not one there yet. They have built out a very nice little spot near the movie theater with a large patio area and a indoor/outdoor bar area like some of the other Market Common establishments. The menu is more akin to something you would see in Charleston (which is where the original CO is located) but it also comes with the Charleston price tag that is higher than most Grand Strand places. You are getting some good food to go along with those prices and there is the Happy Hour wherethere are specials on plenty of sushi rolls and other apps. The Market Common and CO Sushi seem like a perfect fit as it is a great place to fill your sushi craving or craft beer need if you are in the area.
