You may already be familiar with Flip Flops Bar & Grill and not even know it. It used to be The Sand Bar for many years along Shore Dr. If you knew the Sand Bar then you knew how dumpy it was, well Flip Flops got a complete facelift from that, as they gutted the entire place and pretty much redid everything. Having essentially a brand new bar and being a few hundred feet away from the ocean is always an ideal atmosphere. The Happy Hour is minimal with 75 cents off drinks and no food specials.You would hope for better deals, but since it is so popular because of its location, I can see why they think big discounts are not necessary. If nothing else though, you should go to Flip Flops just to see what they have done with the place.
