I'm almost complete with getting all the reviews down on Hwy 17 Business in Murrells Inlet. My most recent visit took me to Inlet Sports Bar & Grill which used to be the location of Jacksons Inlet and the old Backfinz. I was never in there when it was Backfinz, but I was told that there was a lot of work done in there to clean the place up. Inlet Sports is very much a locals bar as most everyone knew each other when I went in and that can be a bit intimidating at first, but once you get to know people you will see it is a friendly place to hang out. The Happy Hour is ok with the discounts on the already cheap prices so not much of a discount is needed. The food menu is very limited, but it is all very inexpensive, so not much to complain about there either. Murrells Inlet has a lot of local bars and you can add Inlet Sports Bar & Grill to the list of solid local spots to check out.
