In my time living in the Grand Strand, the building that now houses Joe C's Bar & Grill has been about 5 different bars and has gone through many transformations on the inside. The design of the place hasn't changed since it changed over from Southside Raw Bar to Joe C's, but it's new ownership so I knew I'd have to get a review. One of the first things I noticed was the very limited menu that the place had; chicken fingers, fires, onion rings, mozz sticks, and wings.... that's it. Granted, you can probably get all 5 items for under 10 bucks total, but you might not want to venture to Joe C's on an empty stomach. I'll give Joe C's one thing though, they have a clear idea of what they want the place to be, a cheap locals watering hole. The prices are almost rock bottom, so there really isn't much of a discount they can take other than 50 cents off. If you're in Garden City and only have a few bucks and want a few drinks then Joe C's Bar & Grill is as good of a place as any.
