Moe's Original BBQ (not to be confused with Moe's Burritos) is a big bbq chain that has most of its locations in the south and in Colorado. The Grand Strand got its first Moe's located in Litchfield which already has a nice little local following. There is a large covered patio surrounding the main building and there is outdoor seating as well with cornhole and occasional live entertainment. The bar area in the main building is very very small with only 5 seats available at the bar. The bbq here is good with a wide range of sides that vary every day, but there are no food specials as the Happy Hour is limited to 50 cents off on beers and house liquor. Moe's Original BBQ is not the type of place you would want to belly up to the bar for a long time, but if you are with a group on a nice sunny day and want to relax outside and get some bbq then Moe's fits the bill for anyone in the Pawleys Island area.
