Review

I have actually known that P.F. Chang's has had a Happy Hour for quite some time now, but I had been putting off getting a review because I am very torn on it. It is hard for me to give an honestly biased opinion because there are people out there that swear by P.F. Chang's as the holy grail of dining whereas I have always thought it was vastly overrated. The food suffers from one issue, it is just way too salty. It would be so much better if the sodium level wasn't skyrocketed on some of these dishes. That is why a lot of people always feel so full from eating there and in turn think what they had must be amazing since they are so full. Ok rant over with, onto Happy Hour which I am a fan of. If you can get to the bar early enough to get a seat you can get the P.F. Chang's experience, but cut in half. They have redone the Happy Hour as it is not soley Chinese dishes as there is now a lot of Asian fusion as well.. The lettuce wraps are a favorite of a lot of people and it is large enough to share. The bartenders were all very good and service was fast. Many of you already have an opinion of P.F. Chang's so mine really will not affect yours, if you are already a fan then you already have the reason to go, if you are not well at least they have a solid Happy Hour to go to.
