Review

This is not the first time Socastee Station has been on this site as I had it on back when it was called Buckeyes @ Socastee Station. It now has different owners and has reverted back to its original name and it still is a popular place amongst the locals. The locals in the Socastee area go with good reason as the Happy Hour specials and prices in general are quite good. Socastee Station has some of the better bar food you will find along the Grand Strand as well. The Bog Balls are quite popular and have won a competition before to be sold at Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball games. The drink specials are basic with 75 cents off domestic bottles and house liquor and 50 cents off all other liquors. The better deals are amongst the daily specials and the food specials which offer a very good discount. Socastee Station has been a longstanding local watering hole under different naming iterations, but it still remains as one of the better bars set away from the beach.
