A few chain restaurants are holding out on having a Happy Hour, but one of the more recent places that has one is Ruby Tuesdays, and it has amassed a fairly decent Happy Hour. I'm sure many of you are already familiar with this mega chain, as a few years back they rebranded themselves into trying to be a more upscale chain. The decor is much calmer and the menu a bit more sophisticated, but I'll admit that I really only go there for the salad bar, which is of fairly good quality. The $5 appetizer menu is a nice recent addition and it applies after 9pm if you are near a Ruby Tuesdays that happens to be open later. Not many chains are left without Happy Hour, but I'm glad Ruby Tuesday's has joined the ranks and provided an nice all around experience.
