Let me start off with a little bit of clarification, there are 2 restaurants named Valentino's in Surfside Beach located less than 2 miles apart from each other. The two restaurants are not related other than sharing the same name. I did not want to delve into why this is as all I know is that Valentino's II definitely had a Happy Hour so I chose to review it first. The bar area is small at Valentino's II but the Happy Hour does apply to the entire restaurant which also provides early bird specials. The Happy Hour specials mainly on the drinks with Miller Lt drafts coming in at a cheap price. While there are no food specials, the entire menu is very affordable and quite good. If you can get over the mild confusion over the names and want some good Italian food or a pizza then Valentino's II is a good option in Surfside Beach.
